Hi AFF'rs,

We've got our last mASA, in J, coming up soon, CBR-BNE-CNS and I'd like to know if it is possible to add a stop over in BNE as part of our return journey. Does anyone know if this is possible without fundamentally needing to change the booking so it no longer earns points and SC's?

I don't think it would be possible, as the original ticket will have priced at CBR-CNS, and your stopover will become CBR-BNE + BNE-CNS.

Drat, I was hoping that wasn't the case.

When I changed an mASA over Christmas (just a flight change, no stopover added) the phone operator implied that adding a stopover was a possible concept (as in that is what she thought I wanted to do).

Oh well.

Will give them a call this arvo or tomorrow. I'll post back the results for anyone else interested.

Further to this, I wonder if you had a one way if you wanted to add a return trip if that would be possible without reissuing...? I would guess not, but I might give it a try anyway.
