Marriott Points

Hi everybody,
Just wondering if anybody can help me.
I need 40,000 marriott points. Buying them directly seems way too expensive. I have Qantas points, IHG points, Citi points (that can be converted to Velocity, Krisflyer or Skywards) but for the life of me I can not figure out on how to convert any of them to Marriott. Just wondering if anybody knows a web-site (or a broker) who could facilitate the exchange.

Have you looked at points.com. It allows exchanges between programs
