Hotel exited ALL eff 1st October, some were given notice and alternate options the night before - yikes, someone must have been reading the TA reviews

Explain more?
Not sure what to add, hotel is not participating in ALL as of 1st October and guests with bookings after then were emailed by Accor the day before with alternate options. Reviews are mostly negative of late so either the relationship with Accor has soured or the hotel has closed.

It was a quirky place. Decent size rooms (studio apartments) but no facilities ie bar, restaurant etc. So the elite welcome drink was water or coke from the vending machine…

Have stayed here a couple of times, as recently as last year, only for the convenience of the location and the appealing rate. But I'd already set my expectations low based on general feedback. I recall that accessing rooms/apartments was always a bit unusual, with some rooms tucked away in weird nooks. I didn't hold status, so the basics was all I got, and also all I expected. It certainly didn't represent the Accor brand very well. I guess it will be interesting to see if anything changes now that they've been dumped!
