Managing a JAL domestic booking made with QF

Recently I booked a domestic JAL flight using Qantas points via the Qantas website, however I’m having some trouble retrieving my booking on the JAL website to pick a seat.

Does anyone have any advice/hints/tips on how to retrieve my booking on the JAL website, or am I destined to fate at check in for our seats?

There are different portals for JAL manage bookings for domestic flights and international flights.
This link below should take you to where to access manage your booking for bookings made through Qantas.
Funnily enough it falls under international bookings even if it is a domestic flight because it is classified as "International award booking" in their system.
