Hi there,

Wondering whether anyone else has the same issue as I do. I recently booked a QF reward to BZ and already on of the flights have changed. The proposed flight isn’t overly attractive and I can see availability on other flights that suit. I hit the ‘change flights option’ rather than the ‘accept new flights option’ and get a 3006 error. Have tired taking action over the past few days and get the same result. Qantas website says don’t call unless I’m affected by the ‘NSW incident’ but it’s pretty tough when the online system doesn’t easily facilitate a simple change! Have tired the Qantas text service but that’s also not working anymore either (an auto reply comes back when I try to use it).

Come on Qantas! I‘lol happily send some $ with you, just let me do it!

I have been reading a few posts on here of late about the Qantas website and did not take a lot of notice until I read a recent post about travel credits on this site, so I experienced the same thing this morning when I was reviewing a booking I made with Qantas in February of this year.
Now not knowing like the rest of us when we will be able to travel again and with everything going on I simply put that booking into the "things to do later drawer".
This morning I went to the online chat thing on the website and asked a very simple question there about the booking reference, where it is to/from and is it the return leg of another booking?
The reply I was given was for me to go to the "manage bookings" part of the Qantas website and I would find all that information there, when I informed the person that I had already tried that and all it gave me was that I had X amount in credit and no further information, I received no reply.

I am wondering if Qantas has devised a method where that on line chat thing is us talking to a computer and not a human, or have they got some kids doing work experience on their christmas break.

By the way and not that it matters but I am platinum, so it doesn't matter what tier status you are, we all get the same treatment
