So it took them 6 weeks to realise that Enrich Base v1 was not appealing to anyone (I’m being very restrained here).

I wonder how long before they further realise that no-one likes the non-refundable, non-rebookable, return-trips-only conditions.

To accept conditions like these, the miles required would need to be halved I’d say. Think of KFSE...

It looks like these redemptions still earn miles and sectors? Is that correct?
If so offsets the cost a bit
And as a standard fare class presumably availability would be OK
