Location
This hotel is located in North Adelaide, about 15 minutes (walking distance) away from the Botanic Gardens. Along the street where this hotel is located, there are numerous cafes with a relaxing weekend vibe.
Getting there from the airport: Uber ~$21
Hotel Overview
The hotel itself isn't large, with only 3 floors - a basement (car park) with 2 floors of guest rooms.
All of the rooms are of the same type, the only difference would be the art in the room.
Rooms & Amenities
Room amenities are basic however the staff were kind and always have a smile on their face. In your room, you'll find a hairdryer, ironing kit, bathing needs as well as some tea bags and coffee powder. There's also a fridge for food storage. Free wifi is also included.
There's a balcony in the room however the only view outside is a cold brick wall.
A TV is conveniently located between the wall and the ceiling, so that you can comfortably lie in your bed while enjoying your favorite TV shows without having to hurt your neck.
Final Thoughts
Overall this is a comfortable and affordable stay in the area. The price is so much lower than the surrounding hotels so don't expect too much. The only downside is its distance to the CBD, which would require you to catch a bus or a light rail (for free). Would recommend if you're a budget traveler, or else I would perhaps stay elsewhere within the CBD.
