Curious to hear everyone else’s experience with Luxury Escapes…
Personally, I’ve had really positive experiences so far. Every time I’ve booked through them, I’ve ended up with a room upgrade, and the added perks have made it feel well worth the slightly higher price compared to booking direct.
For example, I stayed at Cordis in Auckland and not only got a room upgrade at check-in, i also got breakfast included at no extra cost at checkin. Normally i wouldnt be that excited for a free buffet breakfast, but the buffet at Cordis was top tier.
I also usually wait until coles or woolies have a sale on gift cards and have been able to score 10x the points.
I know some people prefer booking directly with hotels, for a lower upfront cost but for me the extra inclusions and upgrades have consistently made Luxury Escapes the better deal.
Has anyone else had similar experiences, or have yours been different?
