Luggage When Transiting Through FRA

I am looking for confirmation that I will be able to get our bags booked through to Porto in the following situation.
SYD-BKK on Thai with 1.5hr stop in BKK then Thai to FRA with a further 3hr stopover in FRA before the flight on to OPO on LH. All booked on one award ticket(LM).
I assume we will be able to just transit in FRA?
