Has anyone had experience using a left luggage facility at MNL?

I need to leave a large suitcase there for about 28 hours. Airlines I will be on are Cebu Pacific and joining to a Qantas flight.

I found http://www.protectabag.com.ph which looks convenient. Anyone used?

Hi Alby,
Many years ago (could be even 6 years ago now) I did use the facility. Are you referring to the T1 facility? I think it was run by Astro or Astro something. It was on the arrivals level, as when we departed, security had to escort us downstairs from departures check-in hall, as the escalator between levels was barricaded. As it sounds like you are coming from T3 to T1, you will be dropped off at departures T1 (upstairs) from T3. You may need to enter the departures check-in hall to get downstairs again, if that's still where left luggage is. It was much like other left luggage's except that it really needed someone to direct us to the location for both drop off and pickup. Like anything in Phils, allow extra time to complete the "procedure"!

Cebu Pacific arrives at T3 (I think its T3), and there is a free shuttle between T3 and T1.....sorry if you knew this or have used it already!

My info is old, but I'm sure if its T1, little has changed, hopefully that provides some details if its still the same. Let us know how you went.

Thanks for the info. Absolutely agree with this. I am sure that I will deal with the luggage tagger, the paperwork filer, the cashier and then a security guard.

They have certainly made improvements to how to find this service. I used the facility at Terminal 3. It is indeed located around an alley and behind the escalators. Staff were easy to work with and quick to handle the bags on drop off and pickup.

Prior to go I did print out the terminal map to help me find it, just in case. As it turns out there are nice big signs like this after the exit from the arrivals hall. The "Baggae Storage" was a give away.

Happy travels and of course, Salamat!

Ahhh but you didn't try the facility in T1 LOL....a totally different experience I am sure. T3 is the "oldest" new terminal in the world I am sure!

Thanks for the update!
