Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Hi @all,
just a quick correction: This recent case was not about flight credit: Under the passenger rights regulation 261/2004/EG, you are entitled to a rerouting which gives you a new booking
  1. on the same route
  2. in the same class of travel
  3. on the initial carrier
  4. at a point of time at the passenger’s convenience if a seat is available.
So if you have a partner F special ARN-FRA-EZA rt. this easter vacation and you find availiability in April 2021, you are entitled to be rerouted on that flight, no matter of the booking classes or fare applicable.

In the case of the suing consumer organisation, Lufthansa asked for an additional payment of about 3,000 € per passenger.
