Hi everyone,

Firstly, apologies if this is not in the right section of the forum.

I am wondering whether a Lufthansa frequent flyer would be able to check availability, points required and taxes for the following flight:

14th August 2014 - Barcelona to Doha (via Frankfurt) - 805-1015 / 1320-2010

Unfortunately I am unable to check this myself as it looks like you need points in the account to check award availability.

I checked with Singapore Airlines and there is availability but they are quoting taxes of S$530.80. This doesn't sound right. Would booking directly with Lufthansa result in lower taxes (I suspect not).

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Cheers,

According to the Miles & More website, the taxes for this booking amount to 202.56 Euro. There is availability in both Economy and Business, with 20K or 35K points respectively required for the one-way flight.

Hope this helps!
