Am a Velocity Silver member not joined the club lounge. I am holding a business class MLB > ADL ticket which I got by redeeming reward points.......does this business class ticket get me access to the Virgin lounge at Melbourne airport?

cheers,

fleetz

Sure does.

Enjoy - the MEL lounge staff are my favourite VA staff - take them up on a quick tour of the lounge if they offer so you know where everything is. I'd allow at least 45 mins in the lounge to relax, have a drink, something to eat etc.

Don't stress that the Lounge is before security - they usually call boarding in the Lounge really early.

Speaking of lounge access to J passengers, a nice staff member allowed my wife travelling in J to invite her friend who was seeing her off into the Sydney lounge last night....I told the missus she was lucky when she told me the story!

Yes. Your boarding pass will indicate you have lounge access.

BTW, MLB is in Florida, US whilst MEL is in Melbourne, Australia.

I thought this was common practice... I have done this many time in the past.
