Lounge access query?

If I am QF gold, flying on a HA flight as an AA codeshare, from Honolulu (inter-island), what lounge access am I entitled to?

None I suspect, but the HA i.i. lounges are seriously not worth the trouble.

You can usually upgrade to first for $50 when you do online checkin and this gives you lounge access.

QF and One World dont have any relationship with HA when it comes to lounges.
