If I am arriving at SIN in F and have an onward flight in J (no F cabin), do I by any chance have access to the SKL F lounge, or am I restricted to the J lounge? The SQ website does not seem to say anything very useful on the subject.

Comm flts or rdpt flts Hughesy? Both flts one booking or seperate bookings? Flt details? Arr into SIN in R or F entitles you to same day arr access to TPR - dep access depends on your tix details.

Argh.. same day access only? So if I land Friday PM in F, but depart Saturday AM in J due to no F on the route, I don't get F or TPR access on the Saturday AM? Is it worth putting forward my case to lounge staff, given its sub 24hrs?

I was really hoping for another PH and satay breakfast in the TPR!!

Yep, redemption at F rates but flying J as no F on that route.

Mixed class rdpt F/J should entitle you to F benefits for entirety of booking. One member had a prob a while ago but that booking was a bit unusual. You should be right with your booking - dates? I will be back through SIN 13th or 14th and intend double check with Lounge Manager again.

In my case, the flight was booked in J and the first sector (MEL-SIN) has been upgraded with points.

Ok so you are entitled to same day arrival access into TPR / SKL F - you just need to show staff your BP for arr flt - if your dep flt is same day you should not have a prob staying in TPR entire time until you dep next sector in J. What exactly are your arr / dep times Hughesy?

Brilliant! Just what I was hoping to hear but was afraid I wouldn't. I arrive at 16:05 and depart 19:55; plenty of time to get into mischief!

BTW you said you are returning on 13th or 14th: just for reference I am booked on SQ237 on the 14th.

So arr into SIN at 16:05 you can spend whole transit time in TPR - just flash your arr BP to staff and they will escort you in.

ATPIT I will be flying MEL-SIN-PEK on 15th - so 218/802.

Well, I have done OLCI and got both my BP's; and sure enough, the BP for the ongoing J flight says clearly "You are invited to the First Class SKL". So I won't even have to do any fast talking!

I flew SYD-SIN-HAN recently and had no issues with TPR lounge access on arrival at 10pm. Slept in the J lounge, then went back into TPR for brekky again no issues. When we crossed over to T2 for our HAN flight we also had access to the T2 F lounge before our flight departed around 9.30am.

My ticket was a mixed class rdpt.

Don't forget to collect your Changi dollars in SIN!

Good to know the access works, mrsdoctau and I will be doing a similar mixed class rdpt on the 14th. Probably head to TPR for brekky after the flight from LAX, and then the lounge in T2 later for our flight out to BKK.

I am happy to report that everything worked out exactly as promised, including TPR access. Thanks to those who responded!
