Lounge access in HKG

Good friends of mine are travelling to Milan in September in Premium Economy on CX
What options are there for lounge access given that the booked flight is a CX number
Can they access QF lounge with a international QF lounge pass ??
Can you buy lounge access in one of the CX lounges

They have zero lounge access with a premium economy ticket.

CX do not sell lounge access. They are a premium airline.
The only hope is if they have Oneworld frequent flyer status or a Priority Pass card.
