Hi All,
Currently only a QP Life but on my way to Gold.

I'm flying QF to DFW then codeshare AA to MCO.
Wanted to know if I can gain access to the Lounge at DFW?

Also flying back from DEN to SYD via LAX. I can get access to the Lounge in LAX but will I be able to get access to the lounge in DEN?

Reading this: I am not sure.
Eligibility and Access to The Qantas Club lounges

thanks for any input.

Yes to DFW (Choice of 4 A/C's), Yes to DEN (1) & Yes to the A/C at LAX T4.

Access to Partner airline lounges

Access to Partner airline lounges

In addition to Qantas Club lounges, you can relax in British Airways lounges (Terraces and Executive Club lounges) and American Airlines[SUP]®[/SUP] Admirals Club lounges.

To access a partner airline lounge, simply present your Qantas Club card or Platinum or Gold Frequent Flyer card at check-in and again with your boarding pass at the lounge reception. You may also invite a guest. Note: both you and your guest must be travelling together and have onward travel that day on a flight marketed and operated by the partner airline whose lounge you wish to visit.[SUP]***[/SUP]

[SUP]***[/SUP] Marketed and operated means a flight operated by the same airline whose flight number appears on your ticket. Includes American Airlines® or British Airways operated flights with a 'QF' flight number on your ticket.

There is an AC at DEN.Concourse A.nothing particularly great but far from the maddening crowds.

Just out of curiosity, what part had you confused? (I have a particular beef against the complexities of the QF website.)

Eligibility and Access to The Qantas Club lounges

This section on Access to oneworld airline lounges as it does not mention QP members.

Thanks for the information.

sefty I saw your post on Flyer Talk will miss you a DFW as I'm there 30th July as well but will only be there 1500-1630 as my DFW - MCO is at 1655.

Cheers

QP membership does not get you access to OneWorld lounges under the OneWorld lounge access rules. Access to Admirals club lounges is a separate agreement between Qantas Club and Admirals Club. Hence there is no mention of OneWorld lounge access for QP members in the section describing access based on OneWorld status and class of travel.

Lounge access for QP members is nothing to do with Frequent Flyers and you must look at the Qantas Club membership pages to find information about their partner lounge access agreements with AA and BA.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.
