Lounge Access - CMB

I'm flying SQ on a VA reward booking and wondering if anyone has had any success in accessing SQ partner lounges when not specifically covered by the VA lounge guide?

For CMB, I note SQ use the airport operated lounges (Lotus or Araliya) but no mention of access by either gold or plat VFF members on the VFF lounge guide.

Anyone had access granted?

Hi Swanning_it, best try your luck, officially you do not have access as VA WP / SG but a bit of persuasion can go a long way. have had this experience at AMD earlier when card was not recognised but was given entry to lounge on persuasion
