I will be travelling SYD-SIN (QF) with stopover for few days and then SIN-HKG (CX) - all booked via QF. I am QC Life but NB and no One World status. Can I access the QP at SIN before flight to HKG?

Unfortunately, no. I had a similar situation about three years ago as part of a RTW booking. I was a Qantas Club member (no oneworld status) and was flying HKG-SIN with CX. The only way I was able to access the QF lounge was by using a Qantas Club complimentary pass.

I think the criteria is if you are on a Qantas marketed flight with a QF flight number (even if with a different carrier) you can use the lounge. However for whatever reason Cathay Pacific use CX flight number even when booked through qantas.

I don't understand why a pass would get you in but your membership wouldn't. Surely they have the same admission requirements?

The QC passes used to be 'anytime' but recently have had the QF/JQ flight outbound requirement.

QC membership does not provide OW lounge benefits. Access is granted only when you are flying on QF, BA or AA flights.

I sat outside while waiting for a CX flight as well. Then an OPup inspired a bit more effort being expended on flying

Happy wandering
