Los Angeles Airport Lounges - Qantas Connecting to Westjet

Hi all. I have a few questions and appreciate all advice given. In August hubby and I will be flying to Vancouver via Los Angeles. We have a 5 hour stopover in LA before flying onto Vancouver on Westjet. We are flying premium economy to LA and then economy. I know we do not have any lounge access. I am hoping I can pick up some Qantas lounge passes before then.
My question is…. When I arrive in LA - am I able to use a qantas pass while waiting for our flight to Vancouver with Westjet?

Also we will be flying from Las Vegas to Honolulu a few weeks later and again have a 5-6 hour stop in LA. This flight is with Delta - are there any suggestions for Airport lounges in Los Angeles that I could use or buy a day pass for?

The LA Qantas lounge is currently closed and the oneworld lounge doesn’t take passes. Hopefully it’s open by August.

I recently found Deltas LAX terminal to be an absolute zoo. Make sure you are at the gate at least 30min before your flight or they will give your seats away. (They advertise 15min but is incorrect)
