Looming Jet Fuel Shortages?

You did not distinguish farmers, your posts reflect that there's no shortage, but it's a behavioural issue with People, of which farmers are obviously included. Farmers can't hoard. They can't even get their hands on fuel as it was never delivered. And that delivery failure happened before any hoarding started.

There is no shortage. We have a major distribution problem which is only now being addressed.

Ill wait for the MSO to be reported tomorrow.

The speed of progress on the resolution of the blockage in the ME and the quid pro quo negotiations by the gov with supplier nations will reveal if we do end up with a shortage in coming months (Aviation fuel the subject of this thread).

The implications of price fluctuations on the economy for fuel in general and availability of fertiliser products already enormous.

and yet some businesses struggling to keep up with UBER Eats orders.
That would be because the scammers are now much more active.

Like a week or so ago my Wise card was charged 3 times in one day by scammers ordering uber eats.

After the 20% reduction in MSO, here is the MSO as of 24/3/26 relative to actual stockholdings

Post #45 has the screenshot of statistics for 13/3/26

Anything above MSO = Rationing and stockpiling

Well bunnings reported they sold out of jerry cans and could not keep up with supply. Probably not being used to store water.
The toilet paper saga continues.. now v2 or v3 or..? Next up on the list boys and girls.. Jerry cans.. :D
Can only shake my head but nothing really surprises me anymore.

.. but there is a bit of smoke about to give folks a sniff..... servo down the road has run out of diesel..

Just like the supermarkets running out of toilet paper during covid, not because there was a shortage of supply, but because people started buying it at rates and volumes the supermarkets hadn't planned for
