Looking for 35m^2 + serviced apartment type hotel in AKL 27/1 - 1/3

Hi Everybody,

I require laundry facilities, (In room is a super bonus including washing machine connected to a hot water tap AND dryer)

My Budget is $750 +- $100 AUD MAX for 3 nights.

I usually do all my bookings relatively last minute on Agoda. I have found some overwhelmingly amazing deals and have never had any problems.

Last year I spent 3 nights at Avani Metropolis, (1 Bedroom Deluxe/Superior Apartment high up with a balcony) for $660AUD for the 3 nights.

For me, I find it most difficult to kno w whether or not a particular place has laundry facilities, or do they mean "at a cost per item" which I definitely don't want.

I am attending a concert in Auckland and have seen some other options, and I was wondering if anynody here has the experience to tell me if I can wash my clothes on site and preferably in room.

I am generally looking for an aparthotel. Laundry is a must. I have seen others, the names just don't come to mind at the moment.

I was going to suggest the Barclay in Albert St-stayed there a long time ago BUT I read that there is currently a lot of construction for a CRL/new subway so that might be a consideration in any decision you make

We stayed at the Sebel at the Viaduct. It was away from the building mess that is Central Auckland. It is getting on a bit (so does show its age a bit) in some spots) but the 1 bedroom apartment had a washing machine and dryer -supplied detergent as well. There was a full kitchen with dishwasher as well. We stayed 2 nights (about $500 prepaid from memory) and booked through Accor site,
