how long until the first joke name is spotted?

I'm sorry, but I think that is one of the lamest efforts in special liveries around. What is with all the still-white sheetmetal? If you are going to slap customers names on the outside of the aircraft, why not do it with some style? Cover every inch CASA rules will allow. Do the tail in names in red ink. The "Qantas" name in names in bold. Wrap the names around at 45 degrees to the horizon, or something.

Considering the impact and good response QF had with their "Dreaming" aircraft, you would have thought they'd be all over this. Instead, IMHO it's polite, PC, restrained, (I assume) cheap, and shows no imagination or flair.

Do a Google image search for "airliner special livery" and see what other airlines have done...

For me, it's a marketing opportunity lost.

Some people will always find something to complain about.

Has anyone got OEF with her titles on?

Yawn.............it is just a set of stickers, and will only last for the campaign. It won't be on thier permanently like the othe special liveries. They are only going to keep it for 1 year, maybe 18 months tops. It isn't worth the expense of actually putting a paintjob on it, vs a sticker.
