Please excuse my ignorance but I can't find anything on the Qantas or BA website about how to book showers at Heathrow. Can anyone help?

no. We've done that previously in business and first class lounge and been told we should book. We've asked how do we book and were told you just do it on line.

There is definitely no online booking system for showers at the LHR T3 BA lounge, have no idea why they would have suggested this.

FWIW the CX T3 lounge supposedly has the best showers in T3 (until it closes later this year).

Are you talking about the BA lounges at LHR? You most certainly do not need to pre-book showers; indeed, as others have said, there is no way to do so.

In keeping with national prejudices, there are NO showers in the British Airways lounge; there is a large communal bath full of dirty water from the rugby team that passed through 3 days ago.

BYO soap.

No need to book.

My experience there is that you book/request at the reception and they give you a vibrating pager to let you know when your shower slot is ready.

Agree that the showers in the BA lounge are pure filth. Go to the cx lounge for a nice clean shower. Better food too.

update re 'shower' experience. no need to book at all..quiet time so all 4 of has lovely showers and plenty of lounge time. the showers were all clean and seemed to be well maintained. The lounge was interesting. no champagne out for the masses just lots of good reds and whites, but if you asked the right staff member Tattinger was available.
