Little Miss TomCat has landed!

No for me - it was teddy bears picnic - -
For our son and my 3 grandkids x
I had a song I sang for years
“Cheeks of rose, tiny toes has our little xx_
Eyes of blue (change to brown for Master FM) fingers too cunning as all maybe
Thee I love, little dove, darling little xx_
While I live thee I’ll give kisses warm as maybe.”

I reckon Ms FM was 11 before I got away from that song :)

3.14kg today, just about to graduate to newborn sized clothing.
Funny to see the new tiny clothes sizing. When I had my children the smallest was 000 but only in a few lines and often not available; 00 was the go to new born size. For daughter I had a couple of hand smocked voile nighties from Georges of Collins St (for those who can remember the site - I loved it). I used to try to buy one good outfit from Georges each school holidays for them when they were little.
I see they have re-jigged the sizing somewhat since then though and it seems totally different. :)

0000 is newborn, 000 is 3-6 months and so on. Five 0s is the prem or small baby size. The bonds stuff is still quite roomy for a prem.

A wise mum told me to never buy 000 singlets. They shrink in the wash. The growth of your baby is exponential in those first few months, so the 00's are perfect.

What about the KrisFlyer romper?

Ssshhhhhhh - Uncle Cruiser has that on the radar later this week - I’ll do anything to dislodge that degenerate penegal from Godfather favouritism!!!
I tried to buy this last week but this is actually a Silk Air item and whilst is is included in KrisShop mag they don’t stock it onboard - you need to order couple weeks ahead - I’ll get it next trip for you Mini Kitty.

But we are still coming over this afternoon to say “HELLO KITTY”

YES we have been to visit and YES I can confirm that little Kitty does indeed exist - and she is just PURR-fect!!!

Just a perfect beatiful little human being - thank god she takes after her mum!!! Cruiserette didn’t want to give her back.

And now she has her personal little ‘Singapore Girl’ outfit - come on baby Kitty grow grow grow so you can wear it!!!

Congratulations.

Sorry it's taken me so long to find this thread. I'd been wondering how you all have been but lost track of the dates completely. I thought I'd be notified when this thread was started but I've either missed the email or the notifications weren't working properly.

You're doing a great job. Thank you for sharing your experiences.

Uncle CE ! That has a certain ring to it. Those presents look great.
Because I married a librarian we go children’s books and Mrscove knows what to buy.
Reading books to little ones can be a real pleasure.

Congratulations.

Thank you :D

She’s now eight weeks and doing really well. Quite often sleeps seven or eight hours at night which is a bonus.

Eight weeks already - wow that time has flown. It is so exciting. Glad to hear she's mostly a good sleeper. That's a real bonus. Hope the four legged members of the family are behaving as well. :)
