Okay I haven't done this on DJ before so best to ask the real experts here first.

I have 2 separate bookings and wish to link them together so that we sit together.

Is it easy for a customer service rep to do this ?
What is the correct terminology to ask for ?

The best you can do is webcheckin and try and select two seats together, otherwise they will just do the same at the airport but with more limited availability. They can only preselect seats etc on Vaustralia.

Why don't you just call DJ reservations and ask them to link the PNR's and put the seating request in the res as well. It's easy and straightforward.

(Strewth, how on earth did I get into the DJ forum....;))

You will have to both check in together, nice and early and just hope that there are two seats together.

Agree its best to check in early - but from what I've seen (having been asked if I'll move seats) they will do their best to seat you together.

If you can access web checkin you may be able to select seats together anyway.

Seconded. Call DJ Guest Relations ASAP and ask to have the two PNR's linked.

And don't worry eightblack, wondering how I got here myself ;)
