Limo pickup DXB

Mrs Lime and self booked EK in J DXB to HKG using QFF points, does this mean we can get the free limo (or whatever car it is) from hotel to airport in Dubai?.

and me as a WP we can use the EK 1st lounge?.

You will get it in DXB and of course no issues with f lounge access! but after 28feb no limo in HKG.
