Congrats. I am LTG and currently WP with no chance of keeping it this year because I have stopped flying for family reasons. A lucky colleague has taken over so should be climbing the ladder. My LTG is my Golden Parachute so still will be able to access lounges though business lounges and F lounges will be out. EK lounge in SYD INT will be my go-to place, even if it means a long walk there and back. Finally made LTG, joined in 1999 took till 2019 for LTS. Stats from QF say 166 flights and 443,960km
Yes, it’s a good back stop, I’m in my last year of WP I think, sick of transiting Sydney, going to try SG on for size 5 daily departures and day time returns to Melbourne is very attractive.Congrats. Where did you get that count of flights and kms @Pvcmenace pls? I can't see it in my account...Finally made LTG, joined in 1999 took till 2019 for LTS. Stats from QF say 166 flights and 443,960km
Wow…that’s a pretty good SC/flight ratio. I think I took over 780 flights. Finally made LTG, joined in 1999 took till 2019 for LTS. Stats from QF say 166 flights and 443,960km
It came in the congratulatory email from QFWhere did you get that count of flights and kms @Pvcmenace pls? I can't see it in my account...
85% self funded leisure travel. And those work trips were for overseas suppliers in SEA and a few local conferencesWow…that’s a pretty good SC/flight ratio. I think I took over 780 flights.
My congratulatory email says 172 flights and 474,537 kilometres. Finally made LTG, joined in 1999 took till 2019 for LTS. Stats from QF say 166 flights and 443,960km
Possibly best you don’t!You know I have never counted my flights ,distances or dollars spent.
I wonder if I write to Qantas they will provide this. When I qualified in 2019 they sent a fairly basic email with no data or statsMy congratulatory email says 172 flights and 474,537 kilometres.
But they only count eligible flights.
I assume this has the same meaning as in the requirement for the number of eligible flights required to retain status, and the requirements for P1 status. That is QF or JQ marketed flights.
My total number of flights is 461.
Some of them must be Oneworld flights for which I earned status credits, but which were not eligible flights.
All Oneworld flights from my Flighty stats:
QF: 200
MH: 26
CX: 22
EK: 11 (most would have been QF codeshares)
IB: 10
BA: 7
AY: 5
LA: 4 (before it left Oneworld)
QR: 4
Astute observers may note that one airline is conspicuously absent.
Same for me a year agoWhen I qualified in 2019 they sent a fairly basic email with no data or stats![]()
In 2015 it was just a letter (no specifics). Not even a LTG card as I was WP at the time (and have been since).Same for me a year ago
