LHR T3 Arrivals lounge - where is it?

Tried a couple of searches but couldn't track down the answer - but I know this question has been raised before. Where is the T3 arrivals lounge at LHR? A colleague is flying AA in LHR and is not sure where it is.

The London Heathrow Arrivals Lounge is located in Terminal 3, exit to the right after the Terminal 3 Customers Hall, then take the stairs or elevator to Level 2.

The lounge is open from 06:00 to 14:00

Just for a bit of clarity on this - the lounge is after having been through customs and immigration? This means taking all your bags (travelling with mrssimongr so two suitcases of gifts for family and this is before the shopping in NYC :shock up the escalators?
