Very annoying- actually earned 18500 pts last year - 2000 short of actually earning platinum, AND an adv plus member for 10 years - time for renewal of course- asked for plat to be extended- nup- as soon as i renew i get gold...poor form for loyal customers..so if anyone sees a free plat code- please share!

I'm only gold but confident of being Platinum by the end of Summer simply because of the points bonus offers they are churning out. The last one (Sept) of 8000 points for just 3 nights (1k, 3k then 4k) was a beauty.

Anyone had their member status roll from 2015 to 2016 ?

I'm still showing 2015 so am waiting on Accor to show their hand to a comp Platinum or downgrade as to what my bookings look like for post-April 2015.
