This is my first post (please be gentle with me) but I was interested in the process of transferring between Terminal B arrival and Terminal 4 departure to Las Vegas - do you have to collect your luggage and check-in again at Terminal 4 or is there another way? I have about 2 hours between arrival and departure and wish to maximise this time by freshening up at the AA Lounge.

Its easy and well explained by the airline (there's also a diagram in the back of the QF inflight magazine).
Basically, clear customs, go out exit to right and up ramp. At the top of the ramp, you drop your bags off (can be a bit slow so leave a decent connection time between arrival / departure! 2hrs should be ok). Then just turn right out of main entrance and walk 250m and you're at T4.
Seriously not difficult. So dont stress and enjoy your trip!
