Kudos to QF staff and flght crew when travelling with Kids.

Just a quick note to thank QF staff for their service over a recent trip to Brisbane. Sydney to Brisbane is only a short trip, but travelling with a 3yr and 1yr old means the length of the journey is rarely the issue. QF staff were very helpful at all points of contact, checking in (Strollers need a visit to the service desk), the oversized baggage attendants, in the QF lounges (was told I could take family into J Lounge, but I said I'd prefer the QP Kids area) and while boarding at the gates.

Staff on board were great too, handing out the kids packs, offering plenty of assistance, talking and being friendly with Mr 3yr old chatterbox. A special kudos to Tom, on QF 537 on Sat 13th July. He managed to find Mr Froggy who was seated at the back of the plane. Mr Froggy was getting bored and wanted some friends to sing songs with, and Tom was very happy to bring Mr Froggy up to meet my kids and sing along with them :)

Another great experience with QF on a domestic trip today. It's been about 8 months since my last trip with QF domestic, but there certainly seems to be a marked improvement in many aspects: priority boarding, greeting at the gate, on board recognition and three WP shadow in Y worked a treat both ways.

Well done Qantas.
