Ive inquired about receiving double points for renting a car from Hertz in the U.S. in June. The KrisFlyer staff say its up to me to hassle Hertz for the extra points .
Any body else have this issue and what can I do to get double or triple points . Seems to me you have to really hassle to get points from Hotels and Car rentals .
Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated

Documentation, clear and precise written/email communication back to Hertz on what action they need to take.

My experience is that partner points (hotels) have posted as per the expectations once the data is sent to SQ.

I know you will have these already but for the record:

Was the rental rate accruing points? possibly like some of the hotel deals maybe they don't all accrue rates.
Was the KF number included on the rental, correct program selected? (ie Qantas program selected by KF number)

Other than that persevere.
