With Singapore Airlines now restricting who can search for KrisFlyer award availability on the Singapore Airlines website, let's help each other out to get around this restriction.

If you want to check KrisFlyer award availability on a specific route, cabin and date/s, and don't have enough KrisFlyer miles in your account to search online, please post your request in this thread. We ask that only members with at least 10 posts and who have been active for at least 30 days post requests in this thread.

KrisFlyer members who do have enough miles to search, and want to increase their AFF karma/help out another member, can reply in this thread with either a screenshot of the current availability or a summary of what is/isn't available. Please try to include/show the number of miles & taxes required in your reply.

If you wish to get help in this thread, please specify:
  • The exact route (origin & destination) you want to search for
  • Your travel date/date range
  • Cabin class
  • Number of seats
  • One-way or return
  • Whether you want to check availability on Singapore Airlines, Star Alliance, or Other Partner Airlines
To make things easier, you may wish to use the Kris AI chat bot before posting here. Kris AI can tell you if there is anything available, but doesn't give any details about the flight number, departure time, taxes, etc.

Please do not request broad searches like "find me 4 business class seats to Europe in June 2027". This thread is intended for you to be able to double-check specific availability on 1-2 routes only.

Im in two minds about this. However, it should only be open to long term AFF members eg member of 1 year duration +/- 50 posts or more....to stop people joining AFF just to ask...imho.

Happy to consider putting a restriction on this thread. What does the AFF community feel would be appropriate?

At this stage, the app still works (and indeed, I can see F Savers from SYD-SIN on 20/8 and 22/8 FWIW) so hopefully demand won't be too high.

But yes, say 10 posts and a member for a month seem decent.

Following along, as I'm usually in a position to help. I do agree there should be a participation requirement, but no strong feelings on what the appropriate level is.

I assume there are similar threads that could be used as a benchmark?

Happy to help out too - 10 posts sounds reasonable and of course the long time contributors will easily spot the ones we may not wish to respond to

I've added a request in the first post that only members with at least 10 posts & have been active for 30+ days post requests in this thread.

I just checked and to place a physical restriction on posting in a particular thread, this thread would need to be placed in a different forum as it seems you can't just create a posting restriction on an individual thread. So for now I'd say, let's see how things go, and if this becomes necessary down the track then we can take another look at options.

My hope is that active AFF members will use this thread in good faith, and only when needed.

I'll have ~1300 miles lob in in about 3 weeks courtesy of a CA flight so I'll hopefully be able to assist too.

The app is still working for me. Any idea when that drops off?
