Always need chocks I guess, but I would hope that even in Korea, she would have no chance of being any form of management. One can also hope that executives around the world have taken note.

whats of greater concern is the allegation that KOrean Airlines management attempts at coverup, and the ability of an on board executive to dictate to the captain where he should point the aircraft.

No intention of flying the blue plane anytime soon.

Now let's see how the "advanced" American legal system is going to handle Mr. Conrad Hilton's case. I have a feeling not so well...

Probably true, but there is a major difference. Hilton was only ever a passenger, a particularly obnoxious one perhaps. This other woman was an exec of the company, and not only did she dramatically misuse her position, but she showed that a very poor chain of command exists within the company. I wonder how it would have played out if the captain had offloaded her....certainly should have.

The High Court in Seoul ruled that the behaviour of Cho Hyun-Ah, the eldest daughter of the airline's chairman, had not resulted in a change of flight path -- the most serious charge against her -- and handed down a reduced suspended sentence.
