Good stuff, but I wonder about the 2 chunky Go-Pros stuck on the RH front windshield and 1 on the left. What do you think, @jb747 ? Maybe freer rules for a non-commercial flight (I assume there are rules about things stuck on the windows)?

I think it’s up to the individual operators. As a pilot, you’d barely notice them. I’m sure there are plenty of people out there saying how terrible, and what a safety risk, but they’re the ones who say no to everything. I used to do it occasionally, and the airline reaction was basically don’t ask, don’t tell.

Thankyou. As a mug punter, I'm a bit surprised at that. At the margin, might something on the windscreen obscure another craft at a critical moment? I guess you can't go pinning a pic of the Missus or Mr on the windscreen?
