I know this thread has been quite for a while, but I've only just seen in and I think I do things a little differently. I use viewtrip.com to copy my itinerary into my Lotus Notes calendar (each flight, hotel and car booking gets an individual entry at the correct time and time zone), which I then synchronise over the air with my PDA (I have multiple, but among them are a Treo650, A Nokia 9500 and an I-Mate PDA2K). That way, I have all the details offline and with alarms set for calendar entries such as flights. I find it really convenient when booking meetings for departure and arrival days to have my flight details in my face so that I don't inadvertently leave my self short of time.
The only time I print an itinerary is to give to my other half or if there are paper tickets involved. Otherwise, I only ever print the e-ticket receipt for immigration in case they request it (they never have).
If I need to get to my full itinerary, I can always get to it from any internet connected PC or any of my PDAs.
I don't track tier credits with this; for that, I use the qantas.com site to keep track of my earnings.
