JQ Business MAX SC Earning?

If i book a flight that is say Mel - BKK in Business MAX on JQ, and its a flight which goes via Singapore and then to BKK. So different flight numbers, and using jet stars asia aircraft. DO i earn Business SC for the SIN-BKK leg as ive paid business max for the entire way?
Or because the interasia aircraft have only economy , is that what i earn?
