Hi All,

Long time lurker, signed up as I will be rolling the FF points roulette in the next few months and will be reaching out for advice to maximise the chances of obtaining the tickets we seek.

I am also interested in feedback on using a concierge service to assist in this process - my main challenge will be trying to grab 3 business class seats (one way) with star alliance airlines. Travel plans will be for September or October 2027 and flexible with travel dates, routes and even destination :)
