How can I get in touch with J* to get them to fix their online booking page from TH?? Entering the information on their homepage gets me absolutely nowhere - I am forever re-entering the information at the bottom of the results page.

It drives me nuts!! Seriously, if you expect your customers to use your on-line booking form, make sure it works correctly - the aggravation factor on LLC's is already at an all-time low, and continuous website errors don't help make things any easier.

Ummm I don't think they like being told that things don't work

A workaround to this would be to hook directly into the booking engine @ http://book.jetstar.com and doing your search from there...

If that doesn't work, I'd probably point the finger at your computer instead, what browser are you using on your PC?

Thanks for the link Josh.

It's actually only been this year that I've been having problems - the actual booking engine on their homepage refuses to accept the month you input, instead continually implementing the actual month you are booking in (eg: For this month, I want to book April 8 2011 it changes to March 8 2011 for this month, and responds with "No flights Available" - doesn't matter what month I choose, it just rejects, rejects, rejects.)

Using a Macbook Pro and latest version of Firefox.

Like it or not - it's a bug and they really do need to fix it. ;)

Thanks for taking the time to alert us to this issue. I'll have a word with our web development team and provide you a response on the issue.

Cheers,
