Folks

After selecting a flight/fare, and having checked the "Accept Terms & Conditions" Box I press the "Continue" Button to continue the booking process... and nothing happens!

Use either Safari or Chrome on a Mac and both are up to date versions.

Do I have an incorrect setting or is this God's way of telling me "Don't Fly JetStar"?

Just tried it here - seems fine. Got the page where you select your fare(s), check the box for Accepting Terms & Conditions, hit Next. Since I selected a JS Light fare, I get a "popup" box (not a browser dialog) asking whether I'm really sure I want this fare.

In some other cases, the same popup box does appear but for other reasons, e.g. if you select a JS fare it tries to upsell you to Flex, or if you select a Flex it tries to upsell you to Star Class, or something like that.

In any case, I got to the next screen fine (i.e. enter your Passenger Details).

For the record: test run on Google Chrome (latest version, according to the About box), Windows 7 Enterprise, PC.

Works also perfectly in Firefox 3.6.

I don't have Safari to test it, but I wouldn't go near Safari as much as I wouldn't fly Tiger.

Perhaps it's God's way of telling you that Macs suck. :p  Just kidding.... honestly...

I had the same issue last week, just used IE instead, I suspect it was a Java issue.
