Jetstar to Qantas - luggage

Good afternoon everyone,

I am travelling Manila to Singapore with Jetstar, then connecting to Qantas to Singapore.

Will I have to collect my luggage in Singapore, then take it to the Qantas desk for the onward flight to Brisbane?

If its all booked on one ticket and only transiting then no. If two separate bookings definitely.
