Jetstar to be included in *ONE* fares?

One possible way for JQ flights to be included in OneWorld Explorer or Global Explorer fares would be for QF to offer a codeshare on the JQ flights. They could restrict sale of the QF codesahre to such tickets and could also select the routes they want included. Then the only change required in the fare rules would be to include JQ operated QF codeshares. Solves the GDS/Sales issue as it would be a QF flight shown in Amadeus.

Seems like it would be possible, but erodes a lot of the benefits you might be entitled to if you had OWS/OWE elite status.

As with all codeshares, you get what the operating airline provides. Just the same as a QFF award redemption on a QF codesahre operated by JQ.
