Just came over the news that Jetstars systems are down across Australia. No flight plans ...

ADL QP are asking JQ BP holders to go to the front desk
 
Still down, with JQ birds in ADL stuck at the gate. Gate space in ADL becoming a rarity given I am on a broken 738 that is also taking up a gate.
 
Ms Capewell might wish to peruse her employment contract re social media if in fact she is an employee, and also check up on the definition of career limiting move!

Media should also report on real news, not make news out of Facebook posts. Alas, I'm sure it will never happen.

Agree, it seems very much a case of lazy journalism and easy targets, good point.

Well she did post to a media page on Facebook. Considering most news outlets have been cut back, this was just a gift for them.
 
Was this an internal JQ system issue, or something from the GDS? Did other airlines using the same GDS (Sabre?) also have issues?
