Jetstar Starter fare query

I've been booked on a Jet* Stater fare on Thursday BNE-NTL. How do I tell if it has been "bundled" to include baggage?

I will have a bag that I can take on board as carry-on, but I prefer to check it.

Are there generally notations on the itinerary to note the "add-ons"?

You would have chosen the luggage option when you bought the ticket, if you didn't select the option you don't have checked luggage allowance.
In any case if the bag is of carry-on size/weight, why wouldn't you just carry it on?

Since the OP says they have been booked on JQ, I assume that means someone else booked it. 2 options are to check your booking on line or read the itinerary both of which should list any baggage, or ask the person who booked it.
