Jetstar Starclass Baggage Allowance

Hi all

Whilst not specifically related to the QFF program, I figured this would be the best place to ask what is probably a novice question.

I will be traveling from BKK to MEL in a couple of days in Starclass.

The two of us get 30 kg of checked baggage each.

Question is: can we share this allowance? Ie. Could we check in 3x 20kg bags together? Or would one person need to do 1x 30kg bag and the other do 2x 15kg?

I'm assuming it depends on the CSR you get. But any written policy would be most useful.

Happy to help.

If you are on the same itinerary or booking you can have a combined baggage weight of 60 kilos, as long as any one item does not exceed 32 kilograms.

Please make sure you present at the check-in together for the combined limit to apply.

Also note that Starclass allows 2x 10kg bags per person for carry on luggage.
