We are looking to upgrade our economy tickets to Starclss for next May to Hawaii. We are flying Melbourne to Honolulu. This sector does not start until 15 December. When should I start to look out for the sales?

I would be looking at the cost each day TBH with you. December is not that far away.

If you booked your economy tickets during the launch sale they were also selling *class very cheap so most of the seats on your flight are probably already booked.

The best fares were when the flights were launched, as said above, lots of seats would have already been filled
