Hi All,

I've just booked a domestic japan flight using qantas points which is supposed to include 20kg checked in luggage.

But after making the booking no checked in luggage is shown on the email confirmation or booking details on the Jetstar website. I've also went on live chat and they said my flight does not include check in luggage.

Has anyone experience similar, should I be worried?

Your GK flight will include 20kg baggage. For the first 24 hours after booking this might not show on the Jetstar website, a script comes a few hours later and updates all Jetstar bookings made with Qantas points (or Qantas through tickets) with the correct baggage and add on options.

The reason why JQ live chat suggests you don't have baggage included as they don't see it come through until this process is run.
