As much as I don't like it, perhaps people should stop thinking about flying to SYD and fly from MEL instead.
That is probably at odds with most airlines' marketing strategies, but something has got to stick it to this stupid curfew.

There's plenty of fares to do that. But in any case, overseas visitors wouldn't know any better. They'll have a good time in MEL as much as SYD, and if SYD doesn't like that, well then....deal with it.
Although I will say that MEL T2 looks a bit bland for greeting our international guests.....
