Hi all-

Just joined this forum but have found it very useful so far. Was wondering if anyone has had issues with Jetstar credit delays? Mine have been delayed 2 months now, which is a bit frustrating given the credits would have bumped me up to gold.

Off topic - if anyone has any tips for cheap Qantas flights back to the states, I'm all ears.

Thanks!

This is common. Have you put in a missing point claim. If not do so.

Welcome to AFF.

The failure of Jetstar flights to credit is rather common.

Did you put a claim in? If so, how and when?

I flew Jetstar (valuair) in August, after waiting 2 months with no credit I sent an email (as valuair is not in the dropdown list via the online form), had no reply to that email for a month so sent a follow up email, and then points were credit about a week after that. so nearly a 4 month process, it seems with point allocation queries it takes two emails.....

Hi all

Have been a member for a while but this is my first post.

I have travelled a number of times on Jetstar and have found that my domestic trips usually credit with 24-48 hours but my international trips have sometimes taken weeks.

just from my experience

whereiskym, Welcome to AFF :D

My experience matches yours. Some of mine did not credit though without putting in a claim. Have you ever had to put in a request?

I guess I have just been lucky I have only had to chase points credits when travelling Jetstar within Asia.
